Frontly was founded by Lal Antony after more than twenty years in enterprise IT, including work as an enterprise architect in banking. The idea came from a familiar problem: customers need help while the people who can help them are already busy.
For a small business, that might be a job inquiry while the owner is on site. For a practice, it is another phone ringing while reception helps a patient. The caller needs an answer, and the team needs enough context to take the next step.
We built Frontly to take care of routine reception and keep people involved where their judgment matters. Calls become conversations the team can review, with clear messages, booking details and handovers. The aim is practical: give customers a better way to reach the business, and give the team more time to serve them.
Our mission is simple: make sure no customer goes unheard, and no business misses what its customers are telling it.
