ENTERPRISE

Run Frontly Inside Your Own Environment

The same platform can run in the cloud account you already own, or on-premise in your own data center, so recordings, transcripts, and customer records stay inside your boundary. Outbound calling programs and data controls written to your policy are part of the same conversation.

The short answer

What is Frontly Enterprise?

Frontly Enterprise is how we deliver the three things the self-serve product does not: the platform deployed in your own cloud account or on-premise, outbound calling programs, and data and security capabilities beyond the standard platform. There is no enterprise plan to pick and nothing to switch on. Every engagement is scoped with our team and starts with a conversation.

WHAT ENTERPRISE COVERS

Three Capabilities, One Conversation

Every enterprise engagement is built from these three. Most start with the first.

Your environment, not ours

Deploy the Frontly stack into the cloud account you already own, or on-premise in your own data center. Call records and customer data stay inside your network boundary, under the controls your team already runs.

Outbound calling programs

Reminders, recalls, follow-ups, and campaigns placed as AI calls, with up to 200 agents dialing in parallel. Designed and run with our team under an enterprise engagement, never switched on from a plan.

Advanced data and security

Storage and hosting in the region you choose, the US, the EU, or the UK, is standard on every tier. Enterprise adds retention windows set to your policy, single sign-on, role-based access, and terms written for your review process.

01 / YOUR OWN ENVIRONMENT

Your Cloud Account. Your Network. Your Controls.

Frontly does not have to be someone else's SaaS. The stack can be deployed into infrastructure you already own and already govern, which changes how much you have to take on trust.

Your network boundaryYour cloud account, or your own data centerCall recordings and transcriptsCustomer records and bookingsFrontly runtimeLimited call content leaves the boundaryover encrypted connections, forimmediate processingSpecialist voice and language-modelproviders, outside your boundary
Drawn to match our Terms of Service, section 8.2. Limited call content, such as what a caller says during a call, is transmitted over encrypted connections to specialist voice and language-model providers for immediate processing. Which components run where, and which external services they reach, is settled in the architecture review before anything is deployed.

200

Outbound agents in parallel

Up to 200 agents dial at once, with concurrency and call spacing set per campaign.

3

Hosting regions

Storage and hosting in the US, the EU, or the UK. In-region on every tier, not an enterprise upsell.

24/7

Answering, every hour

The front desk picks up around the clock, whether it runs in our hosted service or inside your own environment.

Deployed into infrastructure you own

The platform runs in your own cloud account, or on-premise in your own data center, provisioned alongside the rest of your estate rather than inside our tenancy.

Inside your network boundary

Traffic, storage, and access sit behind the perimeter your team already operates: your network layout, your firewall rules, your logging and monitoring stack.

Your data does not enter our platform

Call records, recordings, transcripts, and customer data live in your environment, not in our multi-tenant service. Which components run where, and which external services they reach, is settled in the architecture review before anything is deployed.

Your compliance envelope, inherited

Frontly runs inside controls your organization has already had reviewed, so the posture is the one you operate under today rather than one a vendor asserts on your behalf.

What a deployment covers

An architecture review of your environment before anything is provisionedSizing for your call volume and peak concurrencyYour identity, logging, and monitoring stack wired into the deploymentUpgrade and change windows that fit your release processA named team on our side through rollout and after itA runbook and handover for the people who will operate it

Own-environment deployments are scoped, not switched on. The hosted front desk is live in about an hour. A deployment into your environment moves at the speed of your infrastructure and your review process, so we plan it with your team rather than quote a number at you.

02 / OUTBOUND

Outbound Calling, Run as a Program

Outbound is not on any plan, here or anywhere else on this site. It is delivered under an enterprise engagement, because the list, the rules, and the capacity all have to be designed before the first call is placed.

Campaigns designed with you

We map the list, the script, the branch logic, and the outcome you are chasing, then build it in the same workflow designer your inbound agent uses.

Built around the rules where you call

Telemarketing law differs in every market: consent, permitted calling hours, caller identification, and suppression lists. The rules for your jurisdiction are agreed during scoping and enforced in the campaign configuration, per contact time zone.

Dedicated capacity

Up to 200 outbound agents dial in parallel, with concurrency and call spacing set per campaign, so a national list is worked through in a day instead of a month.

Outcomes as they land

Live progress, conversion rate, and an outcome breakdown per campaign. A delta re-run skips contacts already handled, and every call log exports to CSV.

Enterprise engagement only

There is no self-serve path to outbound, and there is no plan that turns it on. If you have a list, a deadline, and rules you have to call within, the next step is a conversation with our team.

03 / DATA AND SECURITY

What Is Standard, and What Enterprise Adds

Named-region residency is not an enterprise upsell. It is how every tier works. Enterprise is what sits on top when your policy or your review process needs more than that.

What we do not claim: we hold no third-party security certifications, and we will not pretend otherwise on a marketing page. If your review cannot be satisfied by an external vendor without them, deploying Frontly into your own environment is usually the answer, because the controls being reviewed become yours.

HOW AN ENGAGEMENT RUNS

From First Call to Running in Your Environment

1

Scope

A working session on your call volume, your deployment model, your review requirements, and the outcome you want to move. We tell you what we can and cannot do before anything is signed.

2

Design and deploy

We size the deployment, agree the architecture, and build the inbound flows or outbound campaigns around how your operation actually runs. Timing follows your infrastructure and your change windows.

3

Run and review

Go live with a named team on our side, then regular reviews on the numbers that matter: calls handled, bookings made, campaigns completed.

Tell Us What Your Environment Requires

Bring us the constraint: the cloud account it has to run inside, the campaign you need placed, or the review your security team runs. We will tell you straight whether Frontly fits.

A rough number is enough. It is what we size the deployment against.

Security questionnaires, contract terms, retention policy, change windows, anything your process will ask us for.

What happens next: a scoping session with an engineer, not a sales script.
