Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

1. Introduction

DemoLabs Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the Frontly AI front desk service and this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can reach us about it. DemoLabs Pty Ltd is an Australian company and is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as its home privacy regime. Where the law of your own country gives you additional protections, this policy is not intended to limit them.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, and anything you tell us in a form, an email, or a call with our team. We also collect the information generated when our AI front desk answers a call for one of our customers: the caller's name and phone number, the details of the appointment or inquiry, and the recording and transcript of the call itself. We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government identifiers, health records, or other sensitive categories of information.

Where we handle call data on behalf of a business customer, that business decides what is collected and why, and we handle it on their instructions.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Customer and service data is stored and hosted in the region you sign up in. United States customers are hosted in the United States, European Union customers in the European Union, and United Kingdom customers in the United Kingdom. Call recordings, transcripts, contact records and account data all live on that in-region infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Delivering a real-time phone conversation also requires specialist speech and language-model providers. To answer a call, limited call content, such as what a caller says while the call is happening, is transmitted to those providers for immediate processing. That transmission is encrypted. Those providers run their own infrastructure, and the processing leg of a call may take place outside the region your data is stored in. If you need written detail about which providers handle your traffic and where, email [email protected] and we will provide it.

4. Website Analytics and Advertising

This section covers what we collect when you browse this website, as distinct from the call data covered above. When you visit gofrontly.com, we and our providers use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to record how the site is used. This includes pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, forms started and submitted, test calls started, scroll depth, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the referring website or advertising campaign that brought you here.

We use the following providers for this purpose:

  • Google Analytics 4, to measure traffic, acquisition channels, and conversions.
  • PostHog, to analyze site usage and conversion funnels. PostHog data for this site is hosted on PostHog's United States cloud.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, to measure and improve our advertising.
  • TikTok Pixel and Events API, for the same advertising measurement purpose.

Some of these events are also sent to Meta and TikTok directly from our servers rather than from your browser, so that the same action is not counted twice and so that measurement still works when a browser extension blocks the in-page tag. Where an event relates to an inquiry or a booking, we may include your email address and phone number in an irreversibly hashed form so the advertising platform can match the conversion to an existing account. We do not send these platforms your name, your message content, or anything a caller said during a call. These providers process data on their own infrastructure, which may be located outside the region you are in, including in the United States.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Three kinds of cookie and browser storage load on this site: the ones the site needs to work, such as remembering form progress and security state; the analytics ones described in section 4, which record how the site is used; and the advertising ones set by Meta and TikTok, which connect a visit to an ad campaign.

You can control all of them from your browser. Blocking or deleting cookies, using a tracking-blocker extension, installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or turning down ad personalization in your Meta and TikTok account settings will all reduce or stop this collection. None of it affects your ability to read the site, book a call, or contact us. You can also email [email protected] and ask us to exclude you.

6. Data Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to the people who need it to run and support the service, and is controlled by individual accounts rather than shared credentials. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If you believe an account has been compromised, email us immediately at [email protected].

7. Access, Correction and Deletion

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to [email protected] and we will action it. We may need to confirm who you are before we release or delete anything, and we may need to keep records we are legally required to keep. If the data was collected by our AI front desk on behalf of one of our business customers, that business controls it, so we will pass your request to them and help them answer it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when the service or our providers change. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current version.
